Women’s Month

International Women’s Day is next Friday 8 March. All throughout this month, Scribe will be celebrating the fantastic work of female authors and illustrators on our list.

We have partnered with the International Women’s Development Agency and will be donating 21.3 per cent of the RRP of all sales through our website for the whole month. IWDA is Australia’s leading agency entirely focused on the rights of women and girls in Asia and the Pacific.

We have chosen to donate this amount — 21.3 per cent — because this was the wage gap between men and women in full-time work in 2017–2018 as recorded by the Australian Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
