Longlist for the 2015 Scribe Nonfiction Prize for Young Writers

We, along with Express Media, are thrilled to announce the longlist for the 2015 Scribe Nonfiction Prize for Young Writers!

The award recognises talented young writers in all areas of nonfiction and provides a professional development opportunity for a young writer 30 or under working on a long-form or book-length work.

The 2015 Scribe Nonfiction Prize longlist is:

Scribe senior editor, and one of this year's judges, Julia Carlomagno said: ‘From arranged marriage to an examination of police brutality, from a little-known story of a PM’s book to the subtle art of translation, many of this year’s pieces share a focus on social and political issues considered from non-traditional perspectives.
