Cannabis and Cancer

Arthur's story

Pauline Reilly

‘The narrative spelt out in this book makes clear the need for a more rational and humanitarian approach to a problem currently beset with irrationality and emotion. It is a moving story that deserves to be widely read.’ -David Pennington

This is a compelling call for the legalisation of the medical use of cannabis. When Arthur Reilly became terminally ill with prostate cancer, and conventional drugs could not relieve his suffering, he and his wife Pauline were desperate to find some source of relief. Cannabis and Cancer is the remarkable account of how this octogenarian couple transformed Arthur’s final months.

Combining a wealth of research with a moving personal story, Cannabis and Cancer will make all readers from parents to politicians think again.
